In-person sessions in Houston begin August 2026. Online sessions across Texas and Colorado are open now, including a free consultation.

Sessions & fees.
I see most clients weekly or every other week, depending on what we're working on. The free consultation is a short phone call to talk through what you're hoping for and see if I'm the right fit.
Primarily private-pay.
I'm primarily private-pay at this time. I can provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement — many plans reimburse a portion of the session fee this way.
